The First Teaser For The ‘Handmaid’s Tale’ Season Two Is Here And It’s Dark As Hell
From the looks of the new trailer for of The Handmaid’s Tale, season two is going to be hectic.
Set to an ominous cover of Buffalo Springfield’s ‘For What It’s Worth’, the minute-long clip doesn’t give much away in terms of plot but does a great job (re)establishing the tone of the series that picked up the gong for Best TV Drama at last week’s Golden Globes. By that I mean: it looks fucking haunting.
The teaser is captioned with the words:
“Whatever is silenced will clamor to be heard.”
We are damn ready to see the handmaids banding together to fight for their freedom so bring on season two. The Handmaid’s Tale should arrive on SBS (hopefully) soon after its US premiere on April 25.
