Cancel 2018. Something almighty life-changing is on its way and you’re going to need to clear you schedule asap.

Remember the ‘Pokémon GO’ craze that we all collectively obsessed over for a good month back in 2016? Well, it just got a lot better. A Harry Potter version is on its way, titled Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.

HolySlytherinn! This is going to be epic.

Co-developed by Niantic and Warner Bros. Interactive, the game will be just like the Pokémon version, with the Hogwarts world of witchcraft and wizardry colliding with our own. Life for us every day muggles is about to get a lot more magical.

“We’re incredibly excited to announce this next step in the evolution of AR mobile entertainment. With Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, players that have been dreaming of becoming real life Wizards will finally get the chance to experience J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World,” Niantic said in a statement.

“Players will learn spells, explore their real world neighborhoods and cities to discover & fight legendary beasts and team up with others to take down powerful enemies.”

Info on the game launch is still on the DL, but we can expect the game no earlier than 2018. If it’s as addictive as Pokémon GO then you can kiss your social life goodbye. Cyaaaaaa!
