As the year slowly comes to a close, another awards ceremony has come and gone. The MTV EMA’s took place last night in Milan, Italy, and Justin Bieber was the big winner.

Accepting the Best Male Artist award for the 6th consecutive year, Bieber treated his fans to some insightful words stating…
“It’s been a long couple of years, um, I just feel like this is pretty awesome to be recognised for my music.”
He also mentioned his “mama” as the reason for his good looks when accepting his ‘Best Look’ award.
The show was hosted by Ruby Rose and Ed Sheeran, who took home the award for ‘Best Live Act’ and ‘Best World Stage’ for his performance at the V festival last year. But arguably the best award of the night that Ed scored was the cheeky on stage kiss he shared with Rubes.
Other winners included Nicki Minaj for ‘Best Hip Hop’, Taylor Swift for ‘Best Song’ for “Bad Blood” and Rihanna for ‘Best Female Artist’.
The list of performers for the night included Biebs, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Elie Goulding.
