The Playboy mansion if going up for sale. But there is a very strange and creepy condition of the sale – Hugh Hefner isn’t moving out.

The catch in the sales contract means that the Playboy founder must be given a life estate by whoever buys the property, so that he can continue to live there until he passes away.

Nothing like settling into a new place, with a live-in moccasin and robe wearing elderly pornographer.

The extravagant Holmby Hills mansion was built in 1927 and has 29 rooms including a wine cellar, screening room and game room, along with three zoos. Because who can live with only one zoo? Filthy savages, that’s who.

TMZ reports that the 6-acre estate will be up for sale within the next month. Playboy Enterprises are wanting at least $200 million but comparable properties have only fetched around $60 million. It is rumored the mansion has been described as a “tear-down”, with most of the value in the land rather than the dilapidated home.

Looks like no more of those infamous Playboy parties and no more hosting of pubescent playmates within the confines of the house, given nightly shifts of ‘playtime’ with Hefner. So sad.

Plus the glory days of our fave Girls of the Playboy Mansion ladies Holly, Bridgette and Kendra are gone.

It’s been real. Release the bunnies!
