‘Riverdale’ Actress Is Receiving Death Threats For Getting In Between Bughead
Season two of Riverdale is still a month away, but already the actress playing a character that could potentially endanger beloved couple Bughead is getting death threats. Yikes!
Vanessa Morgan is taking on the role of Toni Topaz, a pink-haired Southside Serpent who befriends Jughead. This has fans worried that she will get in the way of Betty and her bae, played by Lily Reinhart and Cole Sprouse.

Apparently Bughead stans are already losing it, and the actress has been receiving death threats since she was cast in the role.
“I’ve already had some death threats,” Morgan told Glamour Magazine.
“But the thing is, it’s half death threats because they don’t want that [actually] happening, and there’s half that’s just all love.”
The weirdest part of the story is that it hasn’t even been confirmed that Morgan’s character will go after Jughead.
The actress has had to comfort fans, telling them that the love triangle might not even happen and warned that “people are just jumping to conclusions“.
The character Morgan plays identifies as bisexual, so she could even be going after Betty. Either way, we can’t wait to see the d-d-d-drama unfold. But on the DL we know that Bughead is foreverrrrr.
