Is Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna’s Engagement An Attempt To Launch Their Own Reality TV Show?
Rob Kardashian‘s family are reportedly ‘not thrilled‘ after hearing the news that he is engaged to his girlfriend of only THREE MONTHS, Blac Chyna. But apparently that’s because their journey in to the institution of marriage could be one big business venture, with the couple planning to televise their wedding, sell off sponsorship rights and launch their very own new reality TV show.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians‘ star announced he is set to walk down the aisle with his new girlfriend this morning, but the Kardashian and Jenner clan are reportedly pissed. Not just because he blew a reported $325,000 (A$430,000) for a seven carat diamond. Dat rock tho ?
A source close to the family told the entertainment media that “No one [in his family] is jumping up and down with excitement today”, Saying,
They have made a united decision as a family to not comment on social media yet about Rob’s engagement. The news is not shocking, and not totally unexpected. Let’s just be honest, no one is really hoping for a marriage to happen.”
It’s alleged that Rob and Chyna’s move is a slightly strategic one – with chatter that the couple are planning to launch their own reality TV show to rival Kim’s. They’ll be using their upcoming wedding as a way to attract viewers, following on to a spin-off reality show about their lives together. Well, of course they bloody are!
HollywoodLife.com is already reporting that plans for their wedding to be televised are already underway. Rob has spent the last several months on the down-low, refusing to appear in the ‘Keeping Up With Kardashians’ series and it’s believed Blac and Rob appeared to be filming scenes for what might be their own spinoff while in Jamaica in March…
…Suddenly this whole three month engagement thing starts to make a little more sense.

Another inside source told PEOPLE magazine:
“Rob and Chyna have been thinking of ideas to make an amazing spinoff. An engagement and wedding planning are of course very interesting and would attract viewers.
“The engagement seems so sudden. It’s hard to take it 100 percent seriously when you know they have been thinking of business ideas to make money.”
