As the fallout from Cyclone Debbie continues to rattle the east coast of Australia, some loose units have decided to risk it all, taking the opportunity to surf the raging floodwaters at Murwillumbah Weir in New South Wales.

Captured on film, rather than avoiding the floodwater as authorities have ordered, a couple of Aussie dudes took the chance to surf the swell, with the aid of a jet ski.

It’s a difficult watch and just idiotically reckless behaviour; the blokes probably could have died…but that’s STRAYA for you.
