The YouTube Rewind Is Here, Recapping Everything In Video Throughout 2017

At the end of every year, the folk behind YouTube drop a full year ‘rewind’, recapping everything that went down on the video sharing platform throughout the year.

In 2017, their rewind clip wraps up “The Shape of 2017” to celebrate the videos, people, music and memes that made 2017. Yes, “Despacito” and fidget spinners are in there. It’s also jam-packed with YT stars like Casey Neistat, Stephen Colbert, Lilly Singh, and even the Bag Raiders shooting star memes.

Sure there’s a whole heap of the ugly and weird shit missing but stress no more, in past years other YouTubers create their own edgier ‘rewind’ versions that you’ll likely see popping up later this week or next. Keep an eye out. In the meantime, here’s YouTube’s clean-cut 2017 rewind:
