Ben & Jerry’s sins against nature, creates ice cream burrito

Hopping on the novelty bandwagon that has been sweeping the menus of fast food joints for god knows how long, Ben & Jerry’s have decided to give a stoner staple an icy touch – because ice cream is obviously better when enjoyed as abrrr-ito.

Choose your favourite flavours and then watch in awe as your scoops are topped with chocolate cookie crumbles and a drizzle of a fudge sauce. This magical mess is then wrapped in a super soft and chewy wafer, pretty much by exactly the same method as you would your meat, bean and cheesy fillers. Too easy.

Hold up – there might be an issue here. Is the prospect of biting into a scoop of ice cream, just as you would a burrito, in any way appealing? Sounds kinda painful.

They’re rolling out these guys on 4/20 – how better to follow a cheeky doob than with a wafery wrap of icy lactose? I guess we’ll have to wait until we’ve finished hot boxing the earth’s atmosphere to pass judgement on these guys.
