Nessie, Bigfoot and Leprechauns: Mythical Beasts And Where To Find Them Around The World
Bigfoot – Pacific Northwest, USA
When hunting down mystical creatures, you can’t get much bigger then Bigfoot. The hairy ape is found in sparsely populated and densely foliaged areas, and most recent sightings come from the forests of the Pacific Northwest. Lucky for us, the North American Wildlife Research Team has erected the world’s only ‘Bigfoot Trap’ in the Siskiyou National Forest in Oregon, so that’s a good place to start.
Big Foot is known by many names and has cousins in the Himalayan Yeti, the North American Sasquatch, the Chinese Yeren, and even the Australian Yowie, but he/she is most often spotted roaming around the wooded areas of the western coastline of the U.S.
