OH SHIT: Dan & Jess From ‘Married At First Sight’ Have Officially Split

Four days after the finale of Married at First Sight, Dan Webb has confirmed that he and Jessika Power have broken up.

In an interview with Yahoo! Dan said that their relationship ended following THAT heated exchange on Talking Married over Jess’ flirty convo with Nic Jovanovic which was aired to all the MAFS contestants on Monday night’s episode.

“Me and Jess have split, let’s get that straight. We have broken up,” Dan said. “There’s allegations coming out that we’re still together. She’s saying we’re still together. We are not together.”

Savage.

This sounds messy AF. Dan went on to say that ultimately their relationship couldn’t be salvaged because of their trust issues which all came to a head in Talking Married.

“So after Talking Married, as soon as the cameras cut, Jess stormed off. She was pretty broken,” he said.

“She was very upset and I was upset too watching her being upset. We just spoke and I was just honest with her. I said, ‘Look I don’t think I can continue this. It’s toxic, you’re not being honest with me. I can’t have a relationship with someone if they’re not honest with me’.”

Later in the interview Dan went on to say that he suspected Jess of cheating on him during their relationship outside of the experiment. Jess has not yet commented on the split.

I guess that’s the end of that chapter.
