Hackers Have Transformed Hundreds Of ISIS Twitter Profiles In To Fabulous Gay Pride Accounts
Hundreds of twitter accounts reportedly belonging to the Islamic State have been hacked and replaced with support for LGBT communities and gay rights.
User @WachulaGhost was behind the social media attack which involved gaining access to the offending accounts and replacing messages of hatred with rainbow banners, pro-equality messages and gay porn. Classy.
The hacker – who goes by the name “Ghost” – said that the actions were taken in response to ISIS praising the Orlando attacks. Instead, the images aim to show that this level of violence will not be tolerated and that negativity and hatred won’t be accepted.
