Cameron Woods has won the hearts of many Aussies across the nation after he made his debut on Married At First Sight.

The 27-year-old carpenter was the first groom to get married on this year’s MAFS season, and his willingness to embark on this bizarre journey with Lyndall Grace has made us believe that true love exists.

After exchanging a bunch of hilarious vows, the pair shared a special private (as private as reality TV can get) moment during the reception that gave us all the feels.

In a one-on-one conversation, Lyndall revealed to Cam that she has cystic fibrosis. In response, Cam shared that someone close to him had passed away from CF and therefore he understood the health complications that come with the chronic disease.

After Cam reassured Lyndall that he would be there for her through her journey, the pair shared a kiss and a dance. It was truly a beautiful moment.

But who is this wholesome king? This is all the info we found on country boy Cammy!

During his introduction, Cam revealed that the MAFS experiment will not only be his first marriage, but his first experience having a girlfriend. According to his official bio, Cameron was left heartbroken after he visited a girl he had feelings for in the hospital, only to find she was there with another man.

The carpenter was “gutted” after this experience, and to help ‘mend his broken heart’, he moved to the Northern Territory to work in remote Indigenous communities.

“Being so far away from everyone, it’s not easy to meet girls at all,” the chippy said in his introduction. “I do get lonely. I feel like I do have a lot of love to give.”

During the wedding ceremony, Lyndall and the wedding guests got a shock after Cam spoke about a “21-week-old boy called Bohdi” during his vows, but the crowd and Lyndall erupted in laughter after he announced it was his blue heeler pup.

Bodhi is featured a number of times on Cam’s Instagram.

On his feed, Cam shares his passion for the outdoors with loads of pics of the outback and his beloved trailer, which made a brief cameo at his wedding.

In a blog post from his workplace, M+J Builders, Cam details the highlights of working as a chippy in the NT alongside his recently passed dog, Willa. “The highlight of this job was that I was able to take my little blue heeler Willa with me. I had my own ute out there so after work Willa, myself and the drone would go on adventures,” the blog post reads.

Judging by his Instagram posts and his introduction on MAFS, Cam presents himself as someone who lives life to the fullest, which is something that Lyndall is wanting in a partner.

I frkn love that for them, and the experts’ decision to pair this couple slaps! I really hope they make things official at the end of the experiment and ride off into the sunset with Bodhi in a ute.
