When the internet is on, it’s awwwwn and is the best place to be. As the ol’ Pokémon Go craze still seems to be going strong, everyday folk have become modern day animal watches, on the hunt for common Caterpie, Duduo and the much rarer Pikachu.

But who are we missing here, in our quest to find the earth’s rarest creatures? None other than the penultimate animal narrator himself: Sir David Attenborough.

Someone with too much time on their hands a.k.a this genius, has inserted Attenborough’s National Geographic-style commentary into his game of Pokémon Go.

The video really has to be seen to be appreciated. Take note of Attenborough’s spot-on attitude towards the dreaded Zubat.

“Bats, with their fluttering zigzag flights, are not easy targets,” he explains in the footage above. “That is one bat that will not return to the roost tonight.”

It’s so perf!
