FML: Shady Katy Perry Is At It Again, Stirring Up More Beef With Taylor Swift

Katy Perry is continuing her world tour of annoying us with all the things she does.

Just recently, she reignited the war between herself and arch-enemy Taylor Swift in ‘Carpool Karaoke’ with James Corden. Never one to move on quietly and go about her business, she’s just spoken to NME magazine to keep prodding the fire.

While referring to the Rolling Stone interview, where Swift called out Perry as the inspo for ‘Bad Blood’ after she stole her backup dancers while on tour, the singer told NME:

“No one has asked me about my side of the story, and there are three sides of every story: one, two, and the truth.”

The first part of that quote is especially rich, considering Perry has been asked countless times about the feud. But hey, back then she didn’t have a record to promote. She continued,

She continued in true Katty Perry fashion, thankfully clarifying that she’s not Budha – saying:

“I mean, I’m not Buddha — things irritate me,” she said. “I wish that I could turn the other cheek every single time, but I’m also not a pushover, you know?

Especially when someone tries to assassinate my character with little girls [her fans]. That’s so messed up!”

Nah, Katy mate. Bringing up the feud to capitalise on your own fading music career…that’s messed up.

In even more shady news, Swift has reportedly hit back. Tay-Tay announced she’s releasing her entire music library to Spotify… the exact same day Katy is releasing her album ‘Witness‘. Coincidence? Who the fuck knows. But Lily Allen cares.
