Justin Bieber Accidentally Hits Photographer With His Car After Church Service

Justin Bieber was involved in a minor car accident, when he was leaving a church service in Beverly Hills and a paparazzi was hit by his car.

Footage of the run-in shows what looks like an unfortunate accident and the Beverly Hills Police said that the photographer’s injuries are non-life threatening.

Reports and footage posted by witnesses show Justin’s black SUV knocking into the side of a photographer, while leaving the church at a slow pace. Justin reportedly stayed by the photographer’s side, attending to him for about 10 minutes while they waited for paramedics and police to arrive at the scene.

Just recently, Justin cancelled the remaining shows of his ‘Purpose tour’, releasing the following statement:

“Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He is grateful and honoured to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across six continents during this run.

“However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.”

People have been very quick to give Bieber flack for the cancellation of his tour but it’s important empathise with the challenges of such a lengthy tour and the pressures of being under constant scrutiny.

John Mayer tweeted in response to Justin’s cancelled tour announcement with an important reminder about mental health:

So in light of the car incident, we hope the photographer is okay and we hope that Justin is okay too.
