2016 shook the lives of teen girls around the world. The world’s biggest boy band at the time, One Direction, announced their hiatus and fans went mental.

Since then stans have longed for the reunion of the boys and as the years fly past, fans look for new bands and singers to cling on. Stan accounts were abandoned, heck, even the 1D hiatus day-counter stopped counting. However, recently, One Direction stan Twitter has woken up from its slumber, this time to drag former ‘daddy’ of the band… LIAM PAYNE.

Liam Payne, who was also dubbed ‘Daddy Direction’, has been read to filth by Directioners after an appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast, Impaulsive. 

It is a very touchy time for Liam Payne: recently he was thrown into a cheating scandal and hasn’t responded to the allegations. His ex-fiancé, Maya Henry, did take to the Instagram comments after she was tagged in multiple photos by fans showing Payne with another woman.

Maya commented, “I love all of the fans so much but please stop sending me these pictures of my fiancé wrapped around another woman. This is not me and it’s hard enough knowing this has happened without seeing it. Enough now.”

And despite all of this drama, Liam has gone on to not talk about these allegations but instead, bring up the past and talk about his fellow boy band members Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan.
