Gigi Hadid And Zayn Malik Have Opened Up About Their Break Up And It’s Heartbreaking
It’s official, super model Gigi Hadid and superstar musician (and ex-directioner) Zayn Malik have split after two years of being one of our fave young power couples.
Both Gigi and Zayn confirmed the rumours about the break up with heartfelt announcements posted on twitter. Gigi posted:
“Breakup statements often seem impersonal because there is no way to put into words what two people experience together over a few years .. not only in the relationship but in life in general.
I’m forever grateful for the love, time, and life lessons that Z and I shared. I want nothing but the best for him and will continue to support him as a friend that I have immense respect and love for. ❤ As for the future, whatever’s meant to be will always be. xG”

At about the same time, Zayn posted this message:

Zayn and Gigi started dating back in November 2015 after Zayn performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and asked Gigi out. Since then it’s been all cute couple content, tattoos (?), a brief break up, a severely roasted Vogue cover, but mostly just a sweet relationship between two of our fave young stars.
At least it sounds like the two have had an amicable split (at least that’s the PR angle) and while we’ve all been super invested in the extremely good-looking and talented power couple, now we’ve gotta remember to respect their post-breakup privacy.
