LIND-YAY: Lindsay Lohan Is Back On Telly With A Sassy Bob & Ron Weasley In UK Series
In news that has come from, well nowhere, Lindsay Lohan will appear in a new UK series alongside Rupert Grint – a.k.a the one and only Ron Weasley.
Last we heard from ol’ Linds she was fronting a new reality TV gig, which would follow her as she fucked around with people’s phones, in a weird Punk’d type of series called The Anti-Social Network.
She revealed an image of her new project on her socials, a show called Sick Note, with an image of her pictured with Grint and co-star Nick Frost. Most importantly, she’s sporting a brand new sassy red bob.
Her lastest acting gig actually sounds cracking. The series will follow a guy misdiagnosed with a fatal illness (played by Grint) as he realises that people treat him better when they though he was about to die. So Grint’s character decides to carry on the lie. It’s unknown what part Lohan’s character plays in the narrative.
Either way, we’re thrilled to have Li-Lo back on our screens; where she belongs. Who knows, maybe this will be the start of comeback story that will see her outshine her role in the Parent Trap. Lol, never.
The news comes as fellow child actor Amanda Bynes has returned to the limelight in her first interview in years, appearing to be ready to make an acting comeback herself. We’ve also been given a taste of the new That’s So Raven spin-off… what a time to be alive!
Bring on the child actor renaissance, I say. Where’s Drake Bell at?!
