Following last night’s tense episode of Bachelor In Paradise, booted contestant Brett has taken to Instagram to slam producers for lying to get him to join the series.

Things got hectic on the episode as a producer was forced to step in, accusing Brett of misleading them into letting him join the show. That’s despite the fact that, according to Tara, he had a girlfriend a.k.a ex bachy Steph.

After it came to blows, Brett was eventually left roseless anyway and was sent home, along with Davey. Now the guy has posted to his ‘gram spilling the tea that the producers knew he had a GF and had promised she would join him on the show.

Check out the post below:

IMAGINE: you were in the really early days of dating someone and after a hectic year filming two tv series’ – along with some personal travel – leaving little time together since meeting. IMAGINE: you were both asked to then go on a show in Fiji, sip cocktails with your mates from the last two series and, more importantly, spend time with THE girl your interested in, all the while being paid. Then imagine you arrived on the island first, her contract only then to be ripped up; leaving it too look like you went on a dating show without her. Imagine then airing it too Australia portraying you as a shit bloke and as always, forever putting production over humanity, despite never changing our story that we had been seeing each other in the lead up and couldn’t wait to be reunited in Fiji. Now you have “reality” TV. #thebachelor #thebachelorette #bacheloreinparadise #happiestwhenintherealworld #filmedsixmonthsago

This guy seems pretty salty. From what we can gather, Brett is accusing BIP producers of promising to bring Steph to the island, with the secret agenda to get him on the show to push the ‘he has a girlfriend’ angle, therefore stirring some drama before booting him.

Tbh, it does totally sound like something a reality TV show would do. Either way, Brett and Steph were rather gullible to believe that their relationship would be worth any airtime, considering both of them were completely forgettable in their respective series.

Let’s be real: no one knows or cares who these people are.

I guess Brett and Steph are free to be together now…just without the paid trip to Fiji.
