Can’t say we saw this one coming but turns out some of our favourite 90s boyband members have teamed up for a Zombie-Western flick.

Titled ‘Dead 7’, it stars Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and A.J. McLean, all of Backstreet Boys fame as well as Joey Fatone from *NSYNC.

The official poster was released this week which seems to gives off some strong ‘Mad Max’ vibes and has the nice added touch of Backstreet Boys-themed tagline of ‘Larger than life!’

The movie is produced by the same people who brought us the hugely successful Sharknado trilogy which turned out to be the ultimate career-saver for Tara Reid.

As well as acting in it, Nick also co-wrote the film which is set for release on April 1st on the Syfy channel in the US and hopefully soon after in Australia. Despite the fact that it probably won’t clean up at the next Oscars, something tells us it could be so bad, it’s good.
