#GFGATE: ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Just Got Hectic As Producer Forced To Step In

Slightly freaking out rn. Bachelor In Paradise just broke the fourth wall over this #GirlfriendGate nonsense and we are living for it.

It all started with us overhearing a producer tell Tara that both Brett and Steph said they were single. What is this voice?! Is that you, God? Tara replied she “wasn’t aware of that”. What. Is. Happening.

Then, as Tara is gabbing on to Brett, we suddenly see a camera guy. We see him and he talks!

Omg. Who is this? What is this? An island mirage….?

Where TF is the magic now?!????????

Here’s what went down:

Brett: “What more do you want from me? Like I know where I’m at. She knows where I’m at. I don’t need to clarify with anyone.”

Producer dude: “You kind of do. I guess the biggest query is working out why is Tara telling us that you’re in a relationship?”

Things get kind of heated from here. As the video guy says:

“What’s really important for [Bachelor In] Paradise Brett, is that everyone is not be in a relationship, because that’s against the whole process of what the show is.”

It is tense. Then as he asks Brett if he’s single, he responds by babbling on that he hasn’t been hooking up in Perth (okay, sure?) and that his FB status says ‘single’. Cool?

In the end he finally says that he isn’t with Steph and gets this face from Steph’s BFF Tara. Awkward.

Yeah, good one Brett. I wonder if he’ll still have a girlfriend after all this.

He only has himself to blame tbh, also for thinking backwards hats are still an acceptable fashion choice.
