Everything We Know About ‘The Bachelorette’ “Cheating” Scandal

Brooke Blurton’s season of The Bachelorette has so far been a wholesome break from the usual drama the show is known for, but it looks like this week things are about to get a bit spicier in the mansion with one person to be booted out after a flirting scandal.

So far Brooke has formed some pretty amazing connections and it’s hard to pick a proper frontrunner. Rumour has it one of the frontrunners however is caught up in this so-called scandal and we’re already dying to see how it’ll play out.

Of course, the tea is being spilt to gossip podcast So Dramatic! and host Megan Pustetto said she rounded up five eye-witnesses to get the dirt on what really went down behind-the-scenes and what they’ll likely show.

One source alleges to be good friends with Jamie-Lee and said Jamie had been offering up some “juicy goss” since leaving the show. Interesting!

Firstly, this source mentioned the fact Emily and Jess had been romantically linked previously. “Emily was an absolute trouble-maker in the mansion, Jamie-Lee said there had been some conversations between the girls one night about Emily having known and being linked with seat-stealing Jess. Obviously, they wanted to keep it on the down-low and producers banned anyone from talking about it,” they said.

Pustetto then delved into the cheating rumours, labelling it more of a “flirting” scandal than an actual cheating saga.

“One witness dishes there is a flirting scandal between a guy and a girl. They had definite chemistry and were flirting and making eyes at every chance they got. It wasn’t surprising they formed a strong connection,” Pustetto said.

“Now I dug a little deeper into this bombshell and it involves Jamie-Lee Dayz and Ryan Carmichael,” Pustetto claimed.

“A second witness also gave their take on the flirting scandal and said, ‘there was constant flirting between them’. Ryan was always chatting to her and she would flirt back. They even had some secret chats off-camera about there was an obvious attraction and chemistry between them.

Once everyone else caught onto it, they [the producers] approached Jamie-Lee to see if she wanted to take it further and she denied the whole thing and blamed it all on Ryan misreading the situation. She was covering her arse because she didn’t want to be labelled as the villain or cheater.”

“Another witness contracted me after Thursday night’s episode and said they missed a lot on the Jamie-Lee and Ryan thing already, especially on the drive to a group date, they were all over each other. It all comes to a head this week but there has been heaps of flirting up until now and they haven’t shown or acknowledged it,” Pustetto went on to say.

“A fourth witness tells So Dramatic! that there was a massive fight between the pair and Brooke. After finding out what happened, Brooke believed Jamie-Lee that Ryan wasn’t there for her [Brooke]. Brooke was so angry, asking Jamie-Lee, Kurt, and Darvid what happened. Ryan kept saying it was mutual, Jamie-Lee said it wasn’t, and Ryan gets sent home that night at the rose ceremony.”

Well, sounds like this is definitely the drama we’re overdue for!
