The Australian version of Whose Line Is It Anyway? is set to premiere later this year and outta nowhere, they’ve revealed an all-star cast.

Kiwi Comedy legend Rhys Darby headlines the bill of comedians and is joined by fellow comedians Cal Wilson, Tegan HigginbothamSusie Youssef, Bridie ConnellTom Walker and Steen Raskopoulos.

The Australian spin on the long-running American and British improv show is currently being filmed in Melbourne in front of a live audience and will be hosted by Tommy Little.

Darby’s inclusion to the cast is a huge boost for the show, with an international cult-following on the back of his roles in films including ‘Yes Man‘ and TV shows such as ‘Flight of the Concords.

Get excited – the show will be a ten-part series and will premiere on Foxtel later this year on The Comedy Channel.
