CLUELESS: Jake Gyllenhaal, Seth Rogen and Bradley Cooper Attempt Cher Horowitz Impressions
AS IF? A batch of Hollywood hunkettes have tried their hand at 21st century Shakespeare, in a reading of the script of cult classic film Clueless.
Recorded for W Magazine, Jake Gyllenhaal, Seth Rogen, Bradley Cooper, and Paul Dano attempt to audition for the 90’s film. Through their impressions, the dudes provide a dramatic reading of Cher Horowitz’s memorable speech where she explains how the Haitian refugee crisis is much like her experience throwing a garden party. It comes with this unforgettable line:
“It does not say R.S.V.P on the Statue of Liberty.”
That, it doesn’t.
The boys do a pretty decent job. Not quite performed with the commitment of Cher, but at least they’re not all virgins that can’t drive.
