The stress and rigmarole of VCE studies are a bitch, it’s true. Cramming late into the night with a cup of shitty instant coffee can lead to some pretty dire times.

Fortunately, a group of legends at Melbourne’s Deakin University have come up with a fun initiative to give stressed-out VCE students a break and blow off a bit of steam – By watching dressed-up maniacs literally smash objects to pieces… All in the name of stress relief!

The ‘VCE Stress Break‘ is a live and interactive internet show, streamed online all of this week from 5pm. Viewers can submit their requests as to what items they want destroyed by 4 quirky characters, the Robot, The Sloth, The Hotdog and The Ghost.

Viewers then select a novelty object of their choice for destruction and the characters make it happen in hilarious fashion.

With brilliant on-point commentary and action replays, the web show is well worth a look, even for those who aren’t studying and are just in need of a good laugh.

Needless to say, it’s a great advert for Deakin ahead of Uni placement season.

Tune in between 5pm and 6.30pm weeknights this week. Click here to tune in.
