We’ve teamed up with the legends behind Melbourne’s East End Den to collaborate on weekly themed cocktails for you to ‘Drink It Yourself’ or come on down to order TheVine special all this week from the bar on Little Burke Street (directions).

This week we’re celebrating the birthday of Prince Harry who hits the ripe old age of 31 next Tuesday, September 15th.

Our extremely British concoction is highly potent, but goes down smooth and sophisticated with a ginger twist.

Here’s how to make it and Drink It Yourself

You Need:

  • 30ml Hendricks Gin
  • 30ml Domaine de Canton (ginger liqueur)
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 30ml egg white
  • 2 drops of yellow food colouring
  • 1 drop of red food colouring

Instructions:

Pour the Gin, Ginger Liqeur, Lemon Juice and egg white in to a Boston Shaker (cocktail glasses).

Shake ingredents and strain over an ice filled glass, preferably a teacup

Garnish with anything British

Done!
