In the leadup to tonight’s epic dinner party to END all dinner parties, last night’s Married at First Sight vow ceremony didn’t disappoint in making us feel all of the feelings.

John and Melissa’s vows involved mostly more talk about bloody Altona. “I would never ever want to change you but I can’t move to Altona,” said Melissa, before deciding to give it a red hot go anyways. It’s AN HOUR AWAY. Jeeeez. Get an Uber.

On the flip-side, Troy and Ashley broke up. While it seemed mutual, it’s tough to gage whether Ashley planned on pulling the plug or switched it up after Troy spoke some harsh truths.

Troy’s speech was as Troy as ever. Overwritten, slightly baffling and boosting his own ego. We’re sure he’ll find his dream girl soon. *cough* duh, Carly *cough*

The highlight of the ep was Telv and Sarah’s beautiful fairytale ceremony. These two are too cute and we really hope they don’t betray us all and break up…ever. The couple really owe it to us as viewers to stick it out, for you know, eternity. They do seem insanely happy, and throughout the ep, the Twitter banter was especially on fine form.
