EXPECTO PATRONUM: There’s A ‘Harry Potter’ Film Festival Coming To Melbourne

In anticipation for Harry Potter celebrating 20 years since the publication of the first book, the Astor Theatre in Melbourne is running a Harry Potter film festival and we couldn’t be more keen.

It’s a muggle’s dream. For 20 hours, starting from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, all the way up to the Deathly Hallows two-part finale, Potterfest is the movie marathon to end all movie marathons.

The mini-film fest will even include a 70mm presentation of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, just to round out the J.K. Rowling appreciation sesh.
