Is There A ‘Farmer Wants A Wife’ Wedding On The Cards?

After months of Married at First Sight drama and some downright incompatible couples, Farmer Wants a Wife has made us believe in love again. Harry Floyd and Tess Brookman, who sealed the deal in the 2022 finale, made a surprise appearance at this year’s reunion to gush about their relationship. 

In an unexpected move, the besotted farmer then posted some sweet snaps on Instagram to show off their perfect love story. 

Earlier this month, the pair attended the Proserpine Show Ball, a not-for-profit event in Queensland that gave them an excuse to get dressed up. “Proserpine ball might just be the event of the year,” Harry said, followed by a dancing emoji. The loved-up couple usually only gives us crumbs on social media, so we were glued to the screen when they provided a much-needed update during the reunion. We gasped when Harry ditched his country life to be with Tess on the Gold Coast, but their relationship has gone from strength to strength. For all those hoping to see another Farmer Wants a Wife wedding, Tess and Harry could be next.

“We’ll get married [before having kids],” Harry told reunion co-host Natalie Gruzlewiski. “I’ve been busy, been to the Gold Coast for nearly nine months now, been working on a cattle farm about 40 minutes inland.

“So we’ve kind of got everything – got the feeling of home, city life and beach life you could say. It’s going well. It’s been lovely getting to meet Tessa and all her family now,” he said.

Tess also thanked Nat for helping her meet the love of her life. “It’s just made life really richer and it makes me really excited for what is to come. I feel really grateful,” she said. 

On Wednesday, Tess shared a carousel of photos on Instagram from her reunion appearance, with legendary couples Brad Crane and Stacie Marmion and Nathan McClymont and Amanda Ecker, along with their children. 

The psychologist looked at home while posing with the kids, and past interviews have revealed that the pair are thinking about moving to Victoria to start their own family.  

“Harry’s family farm is there and so is my family, [so] that would make sense,” Tess told Woman’s Day. “We’re working towards [having children], but I think we’re both really young at the moment, so we’re just kind of getting experience and having adventures.

“A future with him just looked so exciting, raising kids on a farm. I hope that’s on the cards for us.”
