They may have the most viewed music video on YouTube in 2016 with their mega-hit ‘Work from Home’ however, Fifth Harmony has just lost a member.

In a statement released online, the girl group announced that Camila Cabello has decided to leave the group. The news was revealed via the group’s social media.

Here’s the statement below:

Rumours of feuds between the girls have existed for years and with Camila’s decision to leave and follow her own solo career, things between the ladies don’t seem to be in harmony (heheh).

It’s all getting pretty messy. Since the announcement Cabello has taken to her own Twitter to say she was “shocked” by Fifth Harmony’s statement and that it was released without her knowing.

She also clarifies that the girls were aware of her feelings and not just informed by her representatives. The 19-year-old added that she “did not intend to end things with Fifth Harmony this way.”

Although Cabello has released music without Fifth Harmony before, she is not the only member to do so. Fifth Harmony will move on without Cabello and will continue to work on their solo music while still staying together as a group.

So now that Fifth Harmony has become ‘Fourth’ Harmony, check out how social media is reacting to Camila’s departure below:

It’s not all bad news. Maybe now that Camila is on her own, she can work from home.
