Get ready to eat yourself in a fried-chicken comatose state. Chicken Gods KFC are starting an Aussie delivery service.

KFC Australia is set to trial home delivery as early as next month via foodie app Foodora. The Brisbane Times is reporting that the managing director of KFC Nikki Lawson said that over the next three weeks delivery trials will be rolled out within eight of the chain’s stores.

Fried chicken nuggies are coming straight to your home and you don’t even need to put on pants.

Lawson said that the franchise are hoping to fine-tune the delivery process during the trail, to ensure the people are getting the same quality as in store.

“What you don’t want to do is have a fabulous delivery experience and end up with a really awful consumer experience for everyone else.”

It’s assumed that KFC have entered the delivery market to stay competitive with chicken franchise Red Rooster, which started doing delivery a couple of years back. We certainly aren’t complaining.
