Here’s Everything That Makes Us Believe A ‘Friends’ Reunion Is Actually In The Works

You’ve heard it all before.

You’ve seen the articles. Signed the petitions. Sent money to a GoFundMe page that you thought was legit, when really it was just a scam set up by a 43-year-old Nigerian man (I don’t want to talk about it). But today…is a new day.

We’ve got the tea sis.

Friends reunion rumours have been brewing for years…decades even…some with more merit than others. However, in the past few months Jennifer Aniston has been stirring some SERIOUS pots; pretty much confirming everything we’ve ever dreamed (and wet dreamed).

Don’t believe us? You be the judge.

We’ve put together a list of all the clues Jennifer Aniston has dropped that confirms whether or not a Friends reunion is in the works. Put down your coffee, cos we’ve got TEA!

1. Jennifer Anniston’s Instagram reunion selfie

October 16th will forever be known as the day the world climaxed in unison.

Jennifer Aniston absolutely MURDERED the world, making her Instagram debut with a Friends co-star reunion selfie. Yep, you heard us. Monica, Pheobe, Rachel, Ross, Joey & Chandler (we refuse to believe that they have other names), all pictured in someone’s living room with the caption, “And now we’re Instagram FRIENDS too, HI INSTAGRAM”.

The internet went BONKERS for two reasons; a) They’re ACTUALLY friends in real life…wtf? and b) WHY THE FK R THEY MEETING?! WHAT ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT?! GET US IN ON THAT CONVO.

You CANT tell us that they meet to chat about what froyo flavor they’re vibing right now. We smell a reunion meeting.

2. Jen’s interview with Ellen

ICYMI, Ellen sat down with Aniston last month to ask all the questions that we’ve been tweeting the cast for the past 10 years. When questioned about a reunion, Aniston replied, “Why not?!.. I would do it…the girls would do it, and the boys would do it.”

FAST FORWARD TO LAST WEEK, Ellen brought up the topic AGAIN (no shame), asking “[is there] a possibility that it’s a movie?” to which Aniston surprisingly didn’t deny, saying “I don’t know yet!”.

Interesting that she didn’t flat out deny that as a possibility…isn’t it?

3. And her interview with Stephen Colbert

Anyone else smell that? Not the cat (Friends joke!), but everything up until now reeks of reunion.

Stephen Colbert DEFS caught a whiff of that, because when Aniston appeared on his show last Wednesday, he asked her point blank, “You can confirm something is happening?”, to which Aniston replied yes, “something is happening”.

Yep. That’s it. That’s all we need. We’re done. Left-right, GOODNIGHT.

A feature film? A three-part special? Whatever it is, I’m more into it than Tom Cruise is into Scientology.
