George W. Bush mobbed for photographs while serving for jury duty
Jury duty can be a bit of a drag. Sitting in a courthouse for hours on end with a bunch of randoms isn’t exactly the perfect idea of a good time. But when the former leader of the free world rocks up for duty duty… people go bananas.
George W. Bush reported for jury duty selection at a Dallas courthouse yesterday, facing selection for a civil case at the George Allen Courts Building.
Bush was eventually not picked to sit on the jury, which led to people bombarding him with questions and photo requests.

Dallas local Sheri Coleman told the Dallas Morning News that “he was very personable, very friendly… He asked questions and was very nice,” she said. “I loved it.”
Being a former President of the USA would come with plenty of perks, but dodging jury duty is certainly not one of them.
