Gogglebox Faves Angie & Yvie Are The First Celebs Confirmed For ‘I’m A Celeb’

Channel 10 has name-dropped their first celebrities heading into the South African jungle this week for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! and it’s a two for the price of one: Gogglebox faves Angie and Yvie.

Viewers will remember the hilarious pair for their bonkers responses to what was on their Gogglebox TVs. The besties announced they were leaving the show in December, so with this exciting news, it won’t be too long before we see them back on our screens.

The besties are hyped AF to head into the jungle and rub shoulders with the other celebs.

“I am a massive fan of watching celebrities do absurd things in the jungle but I never thought I would be one of those people doing it. I cannot wait to get up close and personal with Lady JMO and Dr Chris!” said Angie.

Yvie added, “I cannot believe we have spent four seasons watching, laughing and commentating on this show from inside our living room and now we will be the ones being laughed at!”

We don’t know yet whether the two will be competing as a team or as individuals.

As the first celebs to be confirmed by I’m a Celebrity, we can hopefully expect more names to be dropped this week before the series kicks off on Sunday January 13 at 7:30pm.
