Reports have emerged that Gwyneth Paltrow and ex-husband have ‘consciously re-coupled‘ to collaborate on a song that will feature on Coldplay’s upcoming album.

According to Billboard.com, Paltrow has joined forces once more with ex-husband and Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin to duet on a song called ‘Everglow’.

Despite not being an obvious choice for a cheeky duet, the move will no doubt drive some excellent publicity for the band’s forthcoming album, ‘A Head Full of Dreams‘.

Paltrow has previously charted worldwide with her song ‘Cruisin’, featuring Huey Lewis from the 2000 film, Duets.

As well as Gwyn, the album will also feature collaborations with Beyonce, Swedish singer Tove Lo, and also Oasis founder Noel Gallagher shredding on the guitar.

Coldplay’s highly anticipated album (featuring current single ‘Adventure of a Lifetime‘) will be released on December 4.
