Ariana Grande’s Manchester Benefit Has A Ridiculous Line-Up And It Keeps Getting Bigger
In the aftermath of the bombings that killed 22 people at Ariana Grande‘s Manchester stadium performance, the pop singer has recruited her celebrity m8s for a benefit concert. All the proceeds for ‘One Love Manchester’ will go towards the victims and families of the terrorist attack.
The singer posted an open letter on her social media accounts following the tragedy, announcing her plans to suspend her tour and hold a tribute concert to raise money for those affected by the tragedy.
She wrote to fans saying,
“There is nothing I or anyone can do to take away the pain you [her fans] are feeling or to make this better. However, I extend my hand and heart and everything I possibly can give to you and yours, should you want or need my help in any way,”

The concert is already shaping up to be an event of absolutely epic proportions. With some of the world’s biggest pop music icons joining the lineup.
Here’s a running tally of all the acts committed to the concert so far:
- Coldplay
- Katy Perry
- Justin Bieber
- Pharrell Williams
- Miley Cyrus
- Niall Horan
- Usher
- Take That
There’s much more expected to be announced, with even Madonna rumoured to be joining the setlist. Also, with a concert title such as ‘one love’ you’d expect U2 to make an appearance, right? Come on Bono!
‘One Love Manchester’ will be held on June 4 at the Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester, and the concert will be broadcast live by BBC television and radio. Grande is offering free tickets to the benefit to those that were at her Manchester show on May 22.
All proceeds from the concert will be donated to the ‘We Love Manchester Emergency Fund’, in partnership with the British Red Cross and Manchester City Council.
