‘I’m A Celeb’ May Have Just Dropped A Cheeky Clue About Who Is Going To The Jungle
Amidst all the talk of megastars and hunky TV presenters, I’m A Celeb may have just accidentally – or even deliberately (!!!) – dropped a hint about the identity of one of the people going into the South African jungle.
Earlier today, super sleuths discovered that the official I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia Instagram account was following just four people: hosts Julia Morris and Dr. Chris Brown, first confirmed contestant, Miguel Maestre, from The Living Room, and pint-sized national treasure, Grant Denyer.
Since the screenshot was taken earlier today, the show has unfollowed the Gold Logie winner.
It aligns pretty well with this weird audio clue where someone who sounds A LOT like Denyer says “Brutus”. You’ll notice that he’s one of the only Aussie stars in the weird morphing thing who is not too busy being a Hollywood star for this show.
People in the comments are convinced it is Grant, although some are worried about him being able to cope in the jungle with his bad back. Others have posed that it could be Josh Thomas or John Safran, but… nah.
Grant being in the competition also matches too perfectly with a clue from last week about a “Pop Culture Guru”. “This presenter spends a lot of time with their aunty,” the show teased. And Grant Denyer was the host of Family Feud… He could now be dubbed a pop culture aficionado, because he’d bloody well have to be working on Celebrity Name Game. The logic holds!
I guess we’ll know for sure when the I’m a Celeb premieres on January 5.
