British adrenaline junkie and maniac, James Kingston is known on the interwebs for his ability to free-climb tall structures, but his newest video might just top the lot.

Along with his mate, Esty Tomas, the duo take the phrase ‘living life on the edge’ way too literally, climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

All shot in Point-Of-View on his Go-Pro, Kingston and Tomas scale the iconic Parisian structure but face some some major complications.

Shortly after commencing the climb, the two were spotted by security but managed to hide in the tower’s metal structure until the coast was clear to re-commence.

In spine-tingling scenes, Kingston reaches the top and begins to jump across beams and have a great old time… While we’re fearing for his life.

Once the climbers returned to ground, they were handcuffed and arrested by French police. After being held for questioning for 6 hours, they were released without charge under the agreement that they wouldn’t climb the tower again for 3 years.
