If you love watching weird videos like pimple popping and the kind of clips that make most people wince, then this is trend for you. Beauty gurus on Instagram are using wax to build new noses and then slicing them off like some cooked horror movie. It’s extremely unsettling to watch.
The phenomenon started earlier this year, when makeup influencers started posting videos that showed their faces appearing normal, before it was revealed that they’re actually covered in wax and can be peeled off.

Wax (such as Ben Nye’s Nose and Scar Wax) is used to achieve this kind of transformation. First up, you start out by building the shape you want, adding the wax on in layers, wait for it to dry and then apply makeup like usual.
