Win Tickets To Special Advance Screenings Of Taika Waititi’s Brilliant Satire ‘Jojo Rabbit’

Brought to you by Fox Searchlight Pictures

Don’t miss Taika Waititi’s Jojo Rabbit, in cinemas Boxing Day.

It seems like everything Taika Waititi touches turns to gold and his latest film, Jojo Rabbit, isn’t about to break that streak.

After all, who else could get away with both making a comedy about Nazi Germany and playing the role of a child’s imaginary version of Hitler?

The anti-hate satire follows Jojo Rabbit, a 10-year-old boy living in Nazi Germany whose fierce nationalism and imaginary friendship with Hitler is challenged when he discovers his mother is hiding a young Jewish girl in their house.

A truly stacked cast will bring the film to life, with Scarlett Johansson (Avengers: Endgame) starring as Jojo’s mum, Sam Rockwell (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri), Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones), Thomasin McKenzie (The King), Rebel Wilson (Pitch Perfect) and Roman Griffin Davis in his debut role as Jojo.

And, of course, Taika Waititi, the man responsible for Thor: Ragnarok and What We Do In The Shadows, wrote, directed, produced, and stars in the film everyone’s talking about. Talk about a quadruple threat!

Early reviews have been singing praises for the bizarre and brilliant Jojo Rabbit, and the film won the TIFF 2019 People’s Choice Award (winning out over the hyped runner-ups Marriage Story and Parasite). Now we’re giving you the chance to experience it before everyone else in Australia. We’re giving away 51 double passes to advance screenings in Sydney and Melbourne.

Jojo Rabbit is an anti-hate satire from ‘visionistical’ director Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok, Hunt For The Wilderpeople), who brings his signature style of humour and pathos to an audacious and moving coming-of-age tale about tolerance. Don’t miss Jojo Rabbit, in cinemas Boxing Day.
