Justin Lacko definitely divided opinion during his time on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here. We chatted to our fave kangatarian about his time in the jungle and the ongoing drama between the campmates.

Since leaving the jungle, the ridiculously good looking fella has not escaped controversy and has clashed with the other contestants with rumours of Justin even blocking some of his fellow cast on Instagram, so naturally, we decided to get to the bottom of what’s been going on since he left the jungle.

Here’s some of the tea Justin spilt on his I’m A Celeb campmates!

On leaving the I’m A Celeb WhatsApp group:

Last month, Sam Dastyari said Justin had left a WhatsApp group with all the other I’m A Celeb contestants, saying “I think ’cause he hates us and everyone hated him in the jungle.” Justin confirmed he had indeed quit the group.

“I didn’t see it was necessary to be in a group chat with everybody. I just spent 33 days with them in the jungle and supposedly for some of them it was torture because I was a diva and had hissy fits,” he said.

“I only keep in touch with Richard, Yvie, Natasha and Shane pretty much, that’s it. They’re the ones who have made an effort with me.”

On blocking some of the contestants on Instagram:

It was reported earlier this month according to Luke Jacobz that Justin had “actually started blocking people [co-stars] on Instagram!” and this included co-star Ajay Rochester.

Justin told us “I think I’ve blocked maybe two people, but that’s just been the ones that have slammed me in the media and put me down,” he said.

The Love Island star said that he labelled those people as ‘bullies’. “I think it’s really nasty and unnecessary. These are the people we are supposed to be looking up to on a family-orientated show and bullying is not necessary and it’s important to make people aware because the children are the future.”

His thoughts on Luke Jacobz:

Referring specifically to his relationship to Luke, Justin said:

“I just don’t talk to him. I just don’t think there’s anything to talk about,” he continued, “I haven’t always had the best relationship with Luke.”

“I think he’s a positive, lovely guy but we didn’t really hit it off in the jungle. He kind of had his little group with Tahir and Sam and I wasn’t in the group.”

The model said he doesn’t mind his name being thrown around. “If you want to keep me relevant, then go ahead,” he told us.

We can confirm Justin does not follow ex-camp mates Luke, Ajay, Angie, Justine or Dermott on Instagram.

Fresh from controversy, Justin will be making his return to TV on this week’s episode of Chris & Julia’s Sunday Night Takeaway and we are keen AF. “I will be a guest presenter and have some fun with Chris and Julia and hopefully not get pranked,” he said about his appearance on the show.

After what he went through in the South African jungle, we’re pretty sure he could handle it.

Watch Justin on Chris & Julia’s Sunday Night Takeaway at 7pm on Sunday on Network Ten.
