BRUTAL: Kendall Jenner’s ‘Biggest Fans’ Are Turning Against Her

One of Kendall Jenner’s biggest fan twitter accounts, ‘Kendall Updates’ is in the spotlight for turning against their formal idol this month.

The account, @knjdaily did an unexpected 180 and posted a fiery thread on all the reasons why they’re quitting Kendall Jenner. And it’s brutal.

Jenner hasn’t had a cruisy 2017 so far in terms of media attention. From the infamous Pepsi commercial to the recent T-shirt fiasco, there have been a lot of opportunities for criticism.

It seems it became all too much for Kendall’s ‘biggest fans’ who run the account and earlier this month, they announced that they had decided to “unstan” the model.

“Stanning” is a term that basically means being a hardcore, dedicated fan of a celeb. Thus, to “unstan” is kinda like to dethrone. All support is revoked and the take down begins, in a very public domain.

There should probably be another disclaimer that the following take down of Kendall Jenner is a pretty damn brutal take of one side of the story and some of it is based on subjective interpretations. But it’s hard to argue your way out of some of the shit Kendall has pulled so… here we go.

Racial stereotyping doesn’t fly with fans apparently.

It’s best to avoid the confederate flag if you don’t want to be associated with racial hatred and white supremacy. Just a good rule of thumb.

These days people are pretty on the ball with calling out cultural appropriation and Kendall is consistently a culprit.

This one is a little tricky because it’s based on accusations and judging Kendall based on the company she chooses. People love to undermine whether or not someone is a ‘real’ feminist and this isn’t the best example of a winning argument.

This doesn’t really hit home as a criticism of Kendall, in fact it feels more like a call to empathise with her. Bombarded by fame her whole life and having to decide the real friends from the ‘leeches’ isn’t Kendall’s fault and we feel for her. So this one is dismissed as a criticism.
