Kimye have officially announced the name of their newborn baby ‘Saint West‘. Kim Kardashian took to her website and app this morning to announce that she and her husband Kanye West had settled on a name to call their newly birthed patron saint of fame

Although we’re totally shattered that baby sister North West won’t be joined in her clear sense of direction through life by an ‘East West’, it certainly does seem appropriate that the couple would somehow seek to canonise their family name.

Kim also shared some extra details about Saint on her website, letting the punters know:
“To our fans. Saint West. 12.05.15. 8 pounds, 1 ounce,”
The news comes following this tweet (below) that let the world know the couple had bestowed a new Kardashian West upon it. It caused a bunch of speculation around what kinda’ crazy name they’d dream up with next.
