Just when you thought the debate around Kim Karashian posing nude on International Women’s Day had faded away in the forgotten hallways of the internet archive – Kim has stoked the fire again. This time, it’s with the help of Emily Ratajkowski.

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘ star was joined by the 24-year-old actress in front of a bathroom mirror, where they flipped the bird in response to the outcry and abuse Kim faced earlier this month when she shared this nude selfie.

When you're like I have nothing to wear LOL

The original photo created a huge deal of controversy around where we the draw the line on slut-shaming and acceptance of women’s expression of sexual freedom.

Many people applauded Kim for her confidence, while others interpreted her stand for sexual liberation as an opportunity to berate and slut-shame her. It’s a sad world. At the time, Kim also came under fire from the likes of Piers Morgan, Bette Midler and Chloe Grace Moretz who shared cruel remarks.

Meanwhile Emily was one of the first to spring to her defense, and even stripped for a selfie of her own to show her solidarity. This even included this tweet as it was all unfolding:

Now today, the pair have teamed up in a direct response to all the haters who continue to call them ‘sluts’ for expressing their sexuality. The latest image is essentially one big ‘go get fucked’ to them all.

When we're like…we both have nothing to wear LOL @emrata

Meanwhile, Emily shared the picture to her own channels and defended her right to “express [her] sexuality” however she chooses.

In the caption on her photo, she explained the point behind the latest photo by saying,

“However sexual our bodies may be, we need to hve the freedom as women to choose whn & how we express our sexuality.

“We are more than just our bodies, but that doesn’t mean we have to be ashamed for them or our sexuality. #liberated.

“Even if being sexualized by society’s gaze is demeaning, there must be a space where women can still be sexual when they choose to be.(sic)”

Go girls! We’ll be keeping posted to see how this all pans out (again).
