“I lost a brother when you left us.” All the One Direction tributes for Liam Payne
Reports have confirmed that former One Direction band member Liam Payne has died.
Liam was holidaying in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires, at the time. With the local newspaper La Nacion reporting on Wednesday (local time) that the 31-year-old was found dead after falling from his hotel’s third floor.
Ambulance workers later confirmed the death of the singer, who was found in an interior hotel patio, according to the news reports.
One Direction tributes for Liam Payne
Following the confirmation of Liam’s death, his former bandmates have shared statements to their socials.
First to post was the official One Direction Instagram account.
Then Zayn Malik released his personal statement alongside a photo of the two of them during their One Direction years.
Louis Tomlinson shared a photo of himself performing with Liam along with a caption dedicated to his bandmate.
At the time of publishing, Niall Horan and Harry Styles are yet to release a personal statement.
