We’ve Finally Gotten Our First Taste Of Beyonce As Nala In The New ‘Lion King’ Trailer
Disney has released a new trailer for its Lion King remake, giving fans their first taste of Beyonce’s performance as Nala.
The CGI-driven remake features a star-studded cast, including Donald Glover as Simba, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa, Billy Eichner as Timon, John Oliver as Zazu and James Earl Jones reprising his role as Mufasa. But with all due respect to the lot of them, they’re not Queen B.
In the new promo, we hear Beyonce telling Simba to embrace his destiny as king. And naturally, the internet has lost its mind.
