A TikToker Claims Micah And Paul From ‘Love Is Blind’ Are Faking It

Over the long Easter weekend, we were treated to a rather frustrating batch of new Love Is Blind episodes that cut off just before most of the couples headed to the altar.

The three new episodes showed Jackie dump Marshall to potentially pursue a relationship with Josh, who she originally struck up a connection with in the pods. Viewers also watched on as Micah and Paul grew closer and began to make plans about their future together.

Speaking of Micah and Paul, a TikToker has leaked some serious post-filming tea about where they stand now.

In case you need a refresher before we dive into the goss, we’ll give you a quick rundown. The concept of Love Is Blind is quite obvious: men and women enter individual rooms and ‘date’ without ever seeing each other. Those who form a strong connection while dating in the pods get engaged and continue their relationship in the outside world before deciding if they want to go through with their weddings.

Micah, who has been dubbed one of the “mean girls” of this season, juggled suitors Kwame and Paul in the pods, before deciding on the latter. Since dating in the ‘real world’, Paul and Micah have had their challenges but have grown closer and are looking to be one of the most likely couples to say “yes” at the altar in a legally binding ceremony.

However, TikToker @kathryn.7.7 dished some BTS dirt, in a since-deleted TikTok she claimed to her followers that she happened to be at the same apartment pool as the couple after filming wrapped in May 2022. She alleged Micah said she and Paul “weren’t really together” but were “forced to be because it was the after part of the show”.

The tea spiller added that Micah said she “really wasn’t supposed to say anything but said it’s a reality show on Netflix for one of the upcoming seasons and [said] it was a show where you meet someone and you have to fall in love without seeing the other person.”

Watch for yourself:

In a follow-up video, the TikToker fielded questions about why Micah and Paul were making out in the footage she captured if they weren’t really together.

“I’m equally as confused as you, I was that day as well. I even said that to my friend I was with, [I said] ‘Clearly, there is something weird here because they are making out and all over each other one minute, and then she’s over here talking to us when he’s talking to some of the guys, saying that she’s just really not that into it [and] that it was more just something that they had to do.'”

To add more fuel to the fire of Micah and Paul’s possible breakup, Micah shared a cryptic post that could possibly hint at a split. She shared an image on Instagram that showed her running up a set of stairs barefoot in a white dress that could pass as a bridal gown and captioned it, “looks familiar”.

While the image itself could be inconspicuous enough, the caption is telling, as is the timing and the comments left on the post. Filming wrapped on Love Is Blind in late April and the bride-related pic was shared two months later. Furthermore, a user called @lipstickassasin commented on the post, who is the Love Is Blind production manager Jess Poessiger, saying “MICAH” with a crying laughing face and love heart. Micah responded back saying the producer was “too quick”.

PLUS, fellow LIB mean girl Irina also commented with some caps lock laughter, and if her portrayal on the show is anything to go by, it would make sense that she’d laugh about a wedding day breakup.

The plot has certainly thickened. Luckily, we’ll only have to wait until Friday to find out if Micah and Paul say “I do” on their wedding day.
