The Married At First Sight All-Stars special has gone from being just a rumour to a reality, as the reunion commenced filming this week.

The Wash did the lord’s work, by camping out in front of where the special is being filmed and photographing every contestant entering the set. This all but confirms that not only is the MAFS All-Stars special happening, but the list of contestants coming back has made all our dreams come true.

Here’s the full list of returning contestants:

  • Ryan Gallagher
  • Tracey Jewel
  • Dean Wells
  • Charlene Perera
  • Ashley Irvin
  • Troy Delmege
  • Sarah Roza
  • Nasser Sultan
  • Jo McPharlin
  • Ines Basic
  • Cyrell Paule
  • Jessika Power
  • Mike Gunner
  • Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli
  • Lizzie Sobinoff and Seb Guilhaus

There’s so much drama contained in this list of MAFS faves! We’ve got Ryan and Dean, two grooms who both fancied Davina Rankin in their season, despite the fact that Dean was matched with Tracey. Then there’s Troy and Ashley, who left the series on bad terms after Troy ended up dating fellow contestant, Carly Bowyer. Finally, Cyclone Cyrell is back and she famously beefed with Ines, Jess, and Martha during the 2019 season. I CAN’T WAIT.

One couple who were noticeably absent was MAFS’ biggest success story Jules and Cam Merchant, a couple who not only went the distance, but got married for real and just welcomed their first child. Hopefully, they make an appearance at some point but we will just have to wait and see!

The premiere date for the All-Stars special has not been revealed yet, but it’s expected to air before the new MAFS season in early 2021.
