Yep, Cyrell & Jessika Are Feuding (Again) On Instagram, This Time Over A Nasty BTS Video

There are three things certain in this world: death, taxes, and reality TV stars feuding on Instagram.

You’d think that now that the Married at First Sight’s reunion is done and dusted that the contestants would go back to their normal lives, but alas, petty drama never sleeps. Yesterday, Sarah Roza posted a behind-the-scenes video of herself, Jessika Power, and Ashley Irvin driving to the second reunion and they had some nasty things to say about Cyrell Paule.

As the three ladies were speculating over who will come to the reunion, Jessika replied, “I hope Cyrell accidentally fell over and broke her leg, or something.” At this point, Sarah cuts in, saying, “No, nobody wishes anybody bad.” Then Ashley jokes, “Cyrell has been hospitalised, institutionalised,” with Jess adding “For mental!” before she trails off.

Cyrell posted the video, along with her reaction below:

Along with the nasty comment wishing Cyrell bodily harm, fans took issue with Jess’ use of the word “mental”, which is seen as a derogatory term for people with mental health issues. Cyrell wrote, “Shame on the three of you. For anyone dealing with any mental health issues. Don’t let this video get to you.”

Following the backlash, Jess posted to her Instagram Story to apologise, but also kind of justified her use of the word “mental” in the process. Ugh.

“The comments that were made in the back of that car — when I said ‘mental’ — were because the night before she had followed me five times around the dinner, I five times tried to remove myself — I wasn’t able to,” Jess said. “She then threw a whole glass of wine at me. She had to be restrained from throwing a whole entire water jug at me, and a few other glasses that Sarah had to take out of her hands.”

Jess followed it up with an apology. “I apologise, I would never mock mental health.”

To the surprise of no one on this earth, Cyrell has not accepted Jess’ apology.

Cyrell posted this to her Instagram Story:

For what it’s worth, Jess said that this will be the last time she discusses Cyrell publicly. Let’s pray this turns out to be true, but I won’t hold my breath.
